God Help Me - Do You Hear My Prayers?

Sometimes we wonder why God has not answered our prayers. It could be something that we have been praying about for a really long time. Is he not listening? Does he not hear me? I assure you he is listening and he does hear you. At this moment the time is either not right for your prayer to come to pass or he has better plans for you. Plans that you cannot even imagine.

We have to believe that God has our best interest at heart. He wants us to be happy and over-joyed and prosperous. He only wants to make it the best it can be! He is working behind the scenes to make sure everything is in order. I know it might seem like it is taking forever, but when the time comes to pass, you will be overwhelmed and amazed at the wonderful work that God has done in your life.

He aligns all the people that he needs to use in order to fulfull your desire. Every detail needs to be perfect. So even if you are ready, somebody or something else might not be ready yet. Think of it like this, most people getting married plan their wedding for a really long time. They make sure everything is covered from the flowers to the music to the food. You have to make sure everything is in order and that everything is going to go smoothly. Well that's what God does. He plans everything to make it just perfect.

But even though God wants us to have what we desire, it does not mean that we are not going to go through trials and obstacles to get there. There might even be tests to see if we are ready to receive our desire. Sometimes we do not even realize that we have lessons to learn, and once we learn those lessons, we will be once step closer in receiving our prayer.

We Need Faith in Order to Receive Answer to Our Prayers

Another big factor in receiving our prayers is faith. Without it our prayers are almost useless. You need to believe that God is going to answer your prayer. You need to let go of it and leave it in his hands. Even if we do not receive our exact prayer request, he will give us what the true desire of our heart is. It will be even better than we expected. So keep your faith in him and believe that even the impossible can happen. If God can move mountains and bring light to darkness, then he can surely answer your prayer. And he wants to. But you need to believe that he can do it. Even when things look really bad, tell yourself that God is your helper and that he will be there for you. He will give you all the strength and courage you need to get through your hard times. Just ask. Trust me you will feel better!

Gods will verses our own. Remember somethings we desire is not always something that God desires for us. We might want something really bad, but if it is not good for us, we are not going to receive it no matter how much we pray. Not to say that he will not do wonderful things in your life, but you will one day discover what his will is and it will be even better than what you had planned.

Praise and Thank God

And last but not least. thank God. Everyday. Tell him how much you appreciate what he does for you. Let him know that you put your faith in him and tell him how wonderful he is for giving you all that you have. I am not going to tell you what is the right or wrong way to pray. I believe that we all have our own unique relationship with God and he answers us all in different ways. You just need to figure out your relationship with him. How you communicate, and how you know which desires are his and which are yours. So find your strength and love with God and you will be on your way to fulfilling your hearts desires.
